DMS Frequently Asked Questions

Most questions can be answered in our FAQ, but we would be more than happy to answer any concerns directly by email.

Q: Who is DMS for?

A: Dream.Manifest.Soar, LLC exists for anyone who has a desire to walk out their purpose and truly manifest their full potential. These retreats can (be) tailored towards individuals, families, corporate groups, ministries, youth, seniors, literally ANYONE. DMS retreats help you connect your dreams and desires to your purpose in life. Dream sharing allows for you to make life-shaping connections to your gifts and talents. That in turn forms a foundation that catapults you into planning and manifesting.

Q: How do I get started?

A: Click the ‘Book Consultation Now’ tab on the Retreat Packages page of our website. This will guide you through the steps of booking your Pre-Retreat Consultation.

Q: Are virtual retreats available?

A: Yes! Our Basic Retreat Package can be offered as a virtual retreat.

Q: Why do I need to sign up for a Pre-Retreat Consultation?

A: This appointment allows for the Retreat Host to gather more information about your goals and expectations for your retreat. You will also learn more about the various retreat packages and how they can be tailored towards your specific needs and wants. Our retreats are uniquely designed with you in mind.

Q: I want a group experience but I don’t know anyone who would want to do this with me. Are there any group retreats that I can join?

A: Our “Pop-up Retreats” may be a great option for you! Be on the lookout for these as they are coming soon. These retreats will consist of our Basic package and can be booked via social media. Your spot will be saved based on availability and will be secured via a non-refundable deposit.

Q: Is the DMS Workbook available for purchase?

A: Technically, yes. The DMS workbook is included with every Retreat Package. However, the workbook is NOT sold separately. The DMS workbook is designed to be used along with the DMS retreat and includes material that you can use long after your retreat is over.

Q: I tend to lose focus while working on personal goals. Is there anything that will hold me accountable after my retreat is over?

A: Our DMS Workbooks include a section that is geared towards keeping you motivated and focused after your retreat is over. In addition to that, we also offer Follow-up Sessions that you can book to get you re-focused, refreshed, and re- inspired as you continue to manifest your dreams.

Q: What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet face-to-face, whether in-person or via telehealth. At this time, your therapist will conduct various screenings in order to gather date to provide a comprehensive assessment. These screenings will take into account your personal history, present-day concerns, and what you might be hoping for in the therapeutic process. If you have specific goals for therapy and/or beyond, you can talk about those as well. Together, we will address any concerns or questions you have regarding therapy, and identify a plan to move forward with. If you and your therapist both agree to continue working together, therapy will begin during the following session. If, for any reason, you and/or your therapist don't believe that working together is the best fit for you, we’ll provide you with specific referrals based on the comprehensive assessment provided.

Q: How long will I be in therapy for?

Depending on your needs and goals, we can determine together how long would be most helpful and beneficial to you.

Q: How often do I need to schedule a session?

Therapy is most impactful and effective when it's conducted weekly. This is verified by countless studies and my professional experience as a therapist. Without a doubt, we’ve found that clients who commit to weekly sessions for the duration of treatment make the greatest transformations. Occasionally, it may be appropriate to meet more or less often, depending on your needs.

Q: How long is an appointment?

A standard individual session is 45-50 minutes long. Appointments are typically at the same day and time each week.

Q: Do you offer video or phone sessions?

If you’re unable to make it to therapy in-person, video telehealth sessions are available as needed/preferred. We do not provide phone sessions.
